If you or someone you love needs to talk - please call us. We're here to help: 260-668-8797
Some people are apprehensive of seeking out counseling, especially if it is their first time. Our advice is, DON'T WAIT. If you are having relationship issues, experience has shown us that waiting too long for help often puts the relationship at greater risk. For more personal issues such as anxiety, depression, etc., rarely do these conditions resolve themselves - why continue to suffer? At The Santé Group, Inc. our personable staff excel at making the counseling process easy and comfortable for you!  When you first contact our office, we gather as much information as possible to be able to pair you with a therapist who understands you, your unique circumstances and individual needs. We consider your clinical needs and your schedule when we match you to a therapist. If at any time during the therapeutic process you desire a change in therapist, we will work with you to try and find a better match for you. See our staff page to get a feel for our different styles, qualifications and methods.

Prior to your first counseling session, our office staff will obtain a quote of benefits from your insurance company. Our office staff will explain what to expect regarding insurance payment and answer any questions you may have. Our therapists will answer brief questions about the therapeutic process prior to your session upon request.

COUNSELING FOR ADULTS: At your first session, our therapists will explain our policies and procedures, describe the therapeutic process, assess your clinical needs and begin to formulate a plan for treatment.
COUNSELING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG TEENS: While some apprehension of counseling is not uncommon, frequently younger patients are extremely uneasy with counseling. For this reason, our highly trained counselors may take a different, somewhat more relaxed and slower approach to the therapeutic process. Please bear in mind that often younger clients require more patience and time to build a rapport with the counselor before meaningful progress can be made.
WHAT ABOUT SEEING A CHILD PSYCHOLOGIST OR PSYCHIATRIST? While most child and adolescent behavioral issues can be adequately addressed by a qualified, licensed counselor, we have an excellent working relationship with area physicians and are experienced at coordinating further, more advanced care when appropriate.

If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please call 911 immediately.
